Looked at a manual I have that covers the commander 3000 dual control and the tension screw is on the inside of the handles just above where it attaches to the base.

I know my single station 3000 unit has a drag...

I know my single station 3000 unit has a drag screw. It is accessed by a hole in the handle 180 degrees from the arm.
