Probably so, look to find it's rated watts per hour and divide that number by 12 to get the current. Then multiple that by the number of hours you will use it to get how much the battery will...

When you checked the fuse did you verify 12V is on both sides? The fuse blocks used are not that good and over time poor connections happen.

Next would be to pull the frig to see...
