I prefer OEM but others have been ok with aftermarket depending on the product and manufacture. Get what you pay for when it comes to boat parts.

The exterior of the drive looks good. Drain the lube to ensure no water or metal shavings.

Several folks have had great results cleaning seats with IOSSO.

BTY not all closed cooling systems are designed to work with the lower flow of the Alpha water pump, Sea kemp and other do but read carefully to ensure the one you buy does.
