My midberth does not have any cabinets just some...

My midberth does not have any cabinets just some flat removable panels on the starboard side ceiling.

I use 3M 4200 to seal around the wires.

Maybe someone with a 2800 will chime in, shrew :D

I had to one my 2400 as penetrations from the engine compartment are seal to prevent CO2 and other vapors from getting into the cabin.

My midberth had removable panels to help fish the wires...
