On this site go to the documents tab, them maxum manuals. You will fine a 2000 one that covers the 3000 and has the wiring diagram.

If you go to the DOCUMENTS tab you will find 2 manuals for runabouts, 1 for 1996 and another for 1992 both have wiring diagrams. between these you should be able to figure things...
