Do you plan to use glass mat to glass the stringers to the hull?

A fillet should be made using stiffened epoxy to avoid a sharp coner.

Typically folks bond in the transom wood one layer at a time as it is not completely flat. Easier to get a single piece to flex then the entire stack up.
