Got it. Going to have yo see if anyone responds. None the less this area would probably need yo be reinforced for the bracket to handle the load of the kicker

I can't say I have ever seen a kicker mounted to the side of a boat. Issues I see with doing so are no structure to mount bracket, you would n to add a stiffner plate inside...
