To be honest I don't know what foam to use. Frankly not may folks at this site perform this type of work. I recommend you visit the BOC (Bayliner Owners Club)...

The stringers should be glassed, however these can also suffer from rot under the right conditions. The decking is screwed to them and may result with water entry, cracks in the glass can form...
