A picture showing what yours looks like would help, but most likely 2 screws holding it to the boat once removed turn it over and 2 more screws to access the bulb. Take some pictures and post them...

Oh no! not another bulb question. Sorry last guy I tried to help just couldn't figure out how to remove the bulb even after several of us told him. I agree with Roger best best is to pull the bulb....
