I'd recommend against upgrading the engine at this point. Cheaper performance upgrade, for hole shot anyway, is a four-bladed 19 or 17P blade.
You haven't mentioned if you have Smart Tabs or not. ...

The 3.0 1900 SR's came with a 19p prop and 1.98 drive ratio. My guess is that you have a 1.47. I put the over/under on your 4400 rpm speed at 54mph.
