it was sitting for almost a year. the only thing i could think is they entered through the vent hose and had a cozy home until i bought it!!! :thumb:

If it does have a rev limiter then i would suspect that is what i am hitting. Yes after taking apart the top half of the carb and reassembling it ran perfectly at WOT I was running about 4800 RPM's...
