Mine is Alpha One drive. My top speed is between 39-42 mph depending on load. Its always 'loaded' with gear (cuddy full of stuff) and I usually have the tank full as much as possible. Power trim tabs...

My boats still on 'cold' storage but I have same vessel (95 2300SC) and I think mine is 15.5 or even 16 diameter x 16 or 17 pitch. If your running 14.5, that might explain the higher WOT rpm's.
