Upgrade from 5.0L to 5.7L

I have the same boat (2400 SCR) WITH A 5.7 4bbl. I have a Vortex 15 X 17 prop that is cupped making it closer to a 15X19. Cruises at 28 MPH at 3300RPM WO is 4500 RPM 40MPH. All checked with a GPS. ...
