Is 14.5 X 19 your factory installed prop? The max RPMs should be in the 4400-4800 range.
Usually they are almost over propped with from the factory for safety. I think you would be better off...

Your boat was originally equipped with a 14X19 prop. So, if it hasn’t been changed you can see what your WOT RPMs are now and adjust the size of the prop to stay in the safe operating range.
