I'm hoping this is because the battery is charged well. Every since I added the house battery the starboard battery only has to start the engine. The engine turns over very easy. Can I check with...

When running the volt meter is at 12 volts, at idle it is 13 volts and sometimes bounces between 12 and 13. How do I trouble shoot this?
