Idle air valve was shot, pretty simple fix. The double beeps seems to be either the outdrive gear lube or the ATF for the trim tabs. Filled both, no beeps for now, will keep an eye out for leaks.

I have a 2003 29SCR with a 6.2 MPI. I noticed over the weekend the idle was low, and then some smoke was coming out from under the engine cover. I took that off, and just behind the air filter...
