Ed,

This plastic housing that was leaking water, was it the fuel pump module cover housing by any chance?

Sounds like the same area and that has raw water flow thru it.

Sorry. Should have clarified the housing is leaking water. Apparently the sea water pick up goes thru this module to keep the fuel pumps cool, and from what I have read it is an aluminum housing but...

The problem was actually the discharge hose to portal was clogged right where the discharge hose connected to the thru hull fitting.

Yes, first time using A/C this season. I have never had to prime pump in the past, maybe got lucky or maybe marina did it with spring get ready.
