My speedo tops out at 56 mph (1/2 tank of gas and just me on board). Not as accurate as a gps but I have to blink the tears out of my eyes at that...

I nearly bought an 1800 SR3 with the 4.3 litre motor....glad we bought the bigger one. The extra length isn't so noticeable...

5.0 MPI Mercruiser over revving
Just returned from a short cruise on the river. 1900 SR3 with 5.0 MPI
All gauges reading normally except tach.
Normally idles at just under 1000rpm. Today idled at 1200rpm. Normal cruise is 30mph...

I think the batteries look different because of the angle the photo was taken at. They are actually the same size.
I've never had a problem with draining the battery...

2nd battery
I put a second battery and switch in my 1900 SR3 last year.
I've attached a photo.
Not a perfect install by any means but it works!
I use a starting battery to crank the engine, switch to both...

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried the magic eraser and just about every product available.
I believe these stains are related to some sort of mold or fungus on the inside.

My 2006 1900 SR3 (sport seating) has stains on the vinyl sunpad. I've tried everthing under the sun to try to remove the stains.
I love my boat but the upholstery looks horrible.

My tow eye was loose when I bought the boat.
The only way to fix this is to cut a hole in the trunk with a hole saw to access the bolts.
I then installed an inspection port...
