I run a 14.5"x19" AL prop on my 1900SR, and it performs great!!! Was thinking about switching to SS or 4-blade, but for the cost and not knowing how it will perform, decided not too.

2002 Maxum 1900SR, Mercruizer 5.0l V8...took the boat for a run last weekend, and I recorded 52mph @ 4800 RPM WOT. Isn't this RPM too low? I'm thinking about switching to a 4-Blade 17P for better...

Met a new mobile boat mechanic that is reasonable and seems to know what he's doing. Invited him to come over to have a look, dropped the stern into a bucket of water and ran the motor for 10 minutes...

2002 Maxum 1900SR with a 5.0 V8 220HP. Go to El Capitan most of the time, and we enjoy wakeboarding and hanging out. Boat's been great, some issues lately, but will get it sorted!

Last week I had the impeller replaced by Hipp Marine, read too many overheating threads. Took the boat out to Lake Mohave this weekend and the starboard side exhaust manifold is running significantly...
