I have the '06 1800 SR3 with the V6. Shouldn't there be something in the fuel fill line to prevent overflow when filling up. I try to be good when i hear it coming up, but never seem to catch it in...

I agree with the above. Mine had a 21" pitch, three blade and she could not get out of her own way. I went with 19" four blade and she pulls like a tractor now. If I get another, I might go 19"...

Also, make sure plugs are correctly gapped. Mine was hard starting when i first got it. Plugs were way off in gap. Starts very easy now.

I have an '06 1800SR3 with the 4.3. Nice engine, but has limits. I put on hydrofoil and 19" four blade prop. Helps with the trim and hole shot. Otherwise, wonderful boat.
