Sorry I did not post up sooner. Turned out to be the cap and rotor, plugs also looked bad. I did not expect these as I paid big money for the shop to go through the motor before I took possession....

OK, I filled 'er up with fuel. Took about 67 gallons, and it was not filled to the top. Took it out and it ran better (but not great). I could get it up on plane, but max speed was around 30...
