I tried to pull it towards me but not real hard...

I tried to pull it towards me but not real hard because I wasn't sure how it worked. I'll pull on the wheel and see it that works

I have a 2002 2300scr and it appears to have adjustable tilt steering. There is a tab underneath the steering wheel but I can not move it. Any information on the this would be appreciated

I purchased a 2002 2300 premier edition and we love it. I have it on the Lake of the Ozarks in Mo. What a great boat the bow thruster are fun to use.
