Tach doesn't work properly
1996 1900SR with full instruments. The tach basically doesn't work, although it gives some slight deflection and does increase a tiny amount with with RPM, but never more than maybe 1000RPM...

Yes. The bow strap is tight, and I use two tramsom straps. But the boat bounces like it is too far back and that creates slack on the rear straps. Just seems the boat should be further forward but...

Trailer question, best position
I have a 1996 1900SR with what appears to be a Maxum matching trailer, single axle.
My question is where does the bow ring go, above or below the bow cradle? I have only loaded the boat twice...

Best whale tail?
I'm new to my 1996 1900SR and have found that it porpoises. I can trim and get rid of most but not all. Previous boat I added a whale tail and that took care of things. What have people been using...
