I had a Maxum 4600 and trying to get factory original spares was virtually impossible, assuming you are in the UK. I'd make up a template and get one made, I've done it before on a couple of sports...

I guarantee it will be blocked vents. When I bought my 4600 it took ages to fill up the water tank. As you describe I would put the hose in and start to fill up and would wait for the rumbling sound...

Ignore the wires hanging down, one of the breakers had broken and I'd wired a temporary breaker in whilst I waited for a new one to arrive.
