I'm sure I did this all wrong, but all the wood is encapsulated in West epoxy resin and 1708. I used the existing structure where I could. I used 3/4" marine grade ply.

It took hours of digging with a chisel until I finally got all the rotten wood out. Luckly the boat was stored pointed nose up so all the rot was in the back.
