Radio Turns on When Battery Switches are Turned On

So when I turn my one battery selector switch from OFF to 1, 2, or BOTH the radio comes on and I have to manually turn it off in the cabin. Anyone know what is causing this or how to remedy?

Yes, I guess I need to spend some time understanding the diagram. Certainly I understand wire size, fuses, colors, etc. but how the lines connect, etc. is a little beyond me.
