Removing the back to backs seats.

I realize that your post was quite some time ago but i was looking on line for how to get those darn things off of there too.
Push the seats together so that they are not reclining, then slide them...

Is there any (easy) way to remove the back seat that is located over the gas tank in my 2006 Maxum 1800 MX? I can reach up under there from behind and feel two screw heads but its way too close to...
