I have tried removing the power source, but it does not fix the issue--It still comes up in the Programming mode showing proG on the display. I understand that there is a push button reset to fix...

I have a 2003 SD2400 with a pushbutton dash that is stuck in programming mode. On the display it shows proG on the display--Does anyone know how to reset the programming mode ??
