Question SeaRay to Maxum Newbie

Hi Folks

Just sold my 2004 260 Sundancer in favor of a 1998 4100 SCR. Looking for parts.....latches, and aft pull out bed. Any help would be appreciated.

Specifically I'm looking for the latch from the swim platform door into the cockpit area.

The after bad seems to pull out and a cushion fills the void, but I think there is a support missing. Doesn't seem to be a spot to put slats of wood across or anything.

Manuals would be helpful both user and maintenance.

Cheers

TC

Welcome aboard

Latches and things like them are third party, Perko, windline, .... a picture of what you are looking for would be helpful.

Welcome aboard ktchristie!!!

Just like with Searay, the items you describe are all 3rd party. Also like Searays, the service manuals for Engines, Transmissions, Outdrives are all published by the vendor (Mercruiser, ZF, etc). Even the manuals for systems like Heat/AC, stove, electronics are all contained in the OEM manufacturers documentation.

Congrats on the new boat. Best of luck.
