Default Running costs
Hi
I'm looking at buying a Maxum 2900SCR with 190 mercruisers fuel injection. Can anyone tell me how much fuel she will burn at what speed/revs

Welcome aboard

The mercruiser 190 HP is a 4.3 2 bbl (carb) engine, the fuel injected 4.3 was rated at 220 HP.

At cruising speed of about 3400 rpm they should burn about 8gph each.

I have a 2800 with 4.3 's you get about 1.5 to 2 mpg at cruising speed.
