Default Question on 2003 2900SE

Hi, My name is Paul and recently bought a 2003 2900SE with twin 4.3. I will mostly launch my boat from Oceanside California harbor. Hope to see some of you!!

In the shower room, there are two switches right by the sink. One control the light but the other one I can not figure out what it is for. I turned it on and nothing happen. I looked through the user manual and can not find any information for it. Anyone know about this switch? Thanks.

Hi Paul,

My 2nd switch in the 2400SE turns on a pump for the drain. Assume it's because the drain is below the output port on the side.

Cheers,
-Greg

Not sure what your switches look like. I have 2 black switches and a red one. One black switch is for the overhead recessed puck lights and one black switch is for a flourecent bar light. I also have a lit red switch for the shower sump pump which is identical to the pressure water switch in the galley. I suspect it is probably the shower sump pump as well.

When I bought my 2900 the second switch didnt work. I checked the fuses and it turned out there was a fuse blown. I replaced the fuse and it blew again. Turns out that the pump was stuck and I had to replace it. I would check your DC fuses first.
