Default Prop too tight?

I bought a prop tool from propshopinc.com which didn't come with any directions. I was able to figure out how to use a torque wrench on the smaller nut (60 lbs) but couldn't figure it out for the large nut. I know I probably tightened it to about at least 175 or maybe even 200 Lbs. Can anyone tell me if this is a bad thing and if so, how do I use a torque wrench on the large propshopinc wrench.

Thanks all.
