You're too fast!!

Of course, we're in. Friday and Saturday night, save for a unseasonable Small Craft Advisory.

We should be in as well, just need to get the affirmative from the Admiral. Barring any child endangering wx, would be a lovely way to kick off the winter cruising season.

Looking like a late departure on Friday due to a work conflict. Otherwise, stoke the coals and chill the beer.

I'll see what I can do. Lets see, I just need to:

1. Somehow get boat over that pesky dam.
2. Float down the Kansas River about 300 miles until it joins the Missouri River.
3. Short jaunt on the missouri should put me into the Mississippi in no time.
4. Should be a nice ride down the Mississippi from St. Louis.
5. Hang a right at the Gulf of Mexico (avoid oil at all costs)
6. Negotiate the Panama Canal
7. Small ride north up the baha coast.
8. Stop for dinner in Long Beach (visit clients)
9. See you in..........9 months.

Give me a call when you are a few hours out, and I'll come out to greet you. Have a safe trip! The dam should prove to be the trickiest part. After that, smooooooooooooth sailing.

Sounds great Steve - there's a good chance we will be departing about the same time on Friday. Maybe we can play chase boat with ya'll. Did they give us a slip assignment yet?

Looking forward to it. C'mon weather!

What happened to Rich and Nils? I haven't seen too much from those two lately.

Excellent - If I recall the marina layout - good spots. I think we're close to some covered areas in case of a little rain. I like the photoboat plan.

If'n any other PNW lurker-folks are interesting in coming, please feel free! Post here or PM either of us. Winter seems to be coming quickly this year.
