Several years ago I sold residential/commercial cabinets and while I'm no expert but I would bet that Maxum uses a standard High Pressure Laminate (HPL) like Formica, Wilsonart, or Nevamar (different brands)... in most cities the major laminate companies have local distributors who resell through home centers such as homo depot and lowes.
Remove a drawer or door and take it with you to one of the above noted places. They will have chains full of samples, literaly thousands... the key thing to keep in mind is there are various "finishes" you can get with laminates... in most cases, the finish is dictated on the sample as 949-90, where the first three bytes represent the color and the two bytes after the hyphen represent the finish. Once you've narrowed it down to the closest match, go to the vendors website and you can generally order bigger samples...
Of course, you could also call Maxum and ask what kind of laminate the used
