Default Maxum 2400SE

I have a 2004 2400SE and love the layout. I have seen the 2007 2400SE and think that is far superior to the "early years". Who has the right to the fiberglass casts for this vessel? Why would it not be built again in 2016...?

When the economy went to heck in the late 2000's Brunswick who owned Maxum, Bayliner and Sea Ray as well as others shut the Maxum line down as the other two selling better but all were way down in sales.

Don't know what happened to the molds but probably were destroyed.

A few years back Bayliner cruises were no longer in North America.
