Default laminate color 1998 2800 scr

The newly purchased 2800 scr we bought didn't have a fridge in it. It was un-repairable and the previous owner took it out. From what I've read the norcold units break frequently so I'm going to remove the recessed stove and install a taller standard 110v fridge. I understand I won't run when off shore power. Then build around the stove to make it a table top that we can pull out when needed. I'm guessing the stove is one of those items we won't used much. Then block the stove opening, make a template, and re-laminate the counter.
Just FYI... if anyone is looking to repair any laminate work on their boat similar model and year to ours here is the laminate info. I'm in the cabinet building trade and finally found the laminate match to be "NEVAMAR laminate in color Umber Tempera textures TM2002T.
Just throwing it out there in case someone finds it on a search here in the future.
Getting close now!

We use a butane table top stove. Incidentally, what are you going to do with your stove once you remove it? I use the butane stove because I need to replace my stove. PM me if you have an interest in getting rid of the stove.
