Question Lake Levels Dropping Fast

Not sure whats going on but I have never seen Lake Huron as low as it is now. Back in 1967 was pretty bad but this is getting worse. Anyone else noticing the levels dropping in your areas. Looks like we may have to find a deeper marina to dock at this year. I want to believe this is cyclic but with these mild winters...well who knows where it will stop.

Yep we got the same issues here Timer. Looks like 2 of our marinas are going to have some major issues for docking this spring. Even dredging may not help. Brothers up in Kingston by your area and says the same issues up there. may have to trade in the boat for A canoe so we can reach the water. Not. LOL

Hello all,

In the midwest at Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO. Table Rock is 15 feet below normal pool and every lake within 100 miles is down significantly. Many lakes are setting all time low records. Over the past 5 days we have received nearly 2 inches of rain in many of areas in Southern Missouri, so hopefully lake levels will climb.

I ended up with not as much time in the water as where we put in in Lake Erire was too shallow, and we only have a bowrider! Last time out ended up needing a new prop... ouch. I have been on that lake for most of my life and have never seen it this low. Great for the beach lovers, not so much for us boaters..
