Default gas tank

I have a problem with that air pressure valve next to the gas tank (I dont know what its called). When I fill up gas not enough air is getting through that peice and I have to fill up really slowly otherwise gas starts shooting back out, it doesnt feel like enough air is coming out and the oressure is building up..

Anyone know what that part is called and how I would fix or change it?

Default gas vent

it's your fuel tank vent and sometimes it gets clogged...pull it apart and make sure it's clean and clear...then reassemble...shouldn;'t be too hard...
