Default Re: Gas tank

Ya seapuppy I know about the gas in my truck that was my idea. Just trying to salvage 26 gallons of fuel. I added sea foam to the truck it runs fine now. As far as the boat goes the carb was replaced last month. I was thinking maybe after I cleaned up the screen in the tank at the end of the pick up tube, maybe the mechinac had adjusted the carb and now it is running a little rich, any thoughts?

that depends on how he adjusted the carb....if he just adjusted the idle richness jets then that will cause it to run just a bit rich but won't cause it to run badly....if he adjusted the the float..then you have some problems...I'm only taking a wg here..but if he adjusted it wrong..then have him reset it back to where it's supposed to be...just my thoughts...
