Just gonna tool around the mid-Potomac a little. We've been deadlined for so long, it's almost going to be a shakedown cruise!

Taking river cruise on Lake Coeur D'Alene saturday night, then sunday is over-nighter on Lake Pend Orielle (tough names around here).
Been busy diving while the weather is still good and water clear.

This weekend is the big race. I have the 1800 sr3 with the 4.3L 190 merc and my brother has a 23 foot surgar sand oasis jet boat with the 250 in it. he says it will max at 52 my sr3 can get to 53 maybe 54 with proper trim. Now he wants to place a bet. I am worried that he will be faster on the start and the lake isn't long enough for me to catch him. I havent offered up the distance but the max is three miles. should I take the bet?

I'll be on Lake Michigan during day, at the dock with some drinks and a few cigars at night. Going to be a great holiday weekend!

Heading to the in-laws lake house for the weekend. The best part is they are going to be out of town! I will be the guy either pulling the kids or dropping a line in the water. I just hope my new prop arrives today like it is supposed to. Only worries are the 50% chance of rain all weekend, but I like fishing in the rain.
