Default a 2" roller

For the last 2 weeks I have been scowling the Internet for a 2" rubber roller that fits in between the space on my bow pulpit. The original roller was almost 2" in length and plastic and fits in between 2 L shaped brackets that screw into the fiberglass that holds it in place and it broke.

I did find a replacement roller but it is only 1 1/2 wide.I had to put spacers on each side so the anchor rode stays centered, it works. So my question is why there is not made a 2"roller someplace on this planet!

I plan to make my own roller this winter. I'd do it sooner, but mine is still functional and I don't feel like messing with it in the water. Probably use delrin and cut it the same as the factory one on my lathe. If you can wait, I'll make extras.

Speedy I'll take one, bill me lol! Kev like I said it will work but you have to put spacers on each side to keep the rode centered.

I'm wondering what of any of the 3" rollers you could sand down or use a chop saw?

Alright guys here it is....Maxum bought there rollers from Garhauer Marine, 909-985-9993. The new part number is #57382. This replaces the 2 1/8" roller with the original part number of #55751. I do not have pricing or shipping info. Hope this helps...also gonna make a thread for easier search...

I did! There are 2 sizes. 1 3/4 and 2 1/8 . I didn't get a price. I was calling from home and my old roller was on the boat so I'm waiting to double check the measurement when I go to the boat today before ordering. Ask for Doug.
