They were made by Todd Industries. It won't be exact however peruse what they're currently offering and you will find something which will work just fine.
I tried to find a table for ours and I found a better one (in my opinion) out of New Zealand. I used a new Imtra pedestal mount and with this arrangement you can slide around the table without the post in my way. The table fit the 4600 perfect and gave great room to walk past.
