Can the roller seats be upgraded to the proper captains chair so i can actually stand at the wheel with? Over here in the UK we deal with rough sea and sat down you cant sea the waves and chop.

Bit of a sticky wicket there..

Over here in the US of A we always have calm seas and sunny skies, hence all the skippers drive their vessels sitting down. So sorry for your dilema.

Not ALL of us have sunny skies and calm seas. I stand 95% of the time too. Most of the time it's so I can see the lobster pots, but we definitely get our share of rough seas in my part of the country. Not Pacific North West rough, but rough enough to knock my little boat around.

warpa click on the link below,

http://www.brandstofprijzen.info/bra...zen-europa.php

warpa if you click on this link you see the prices in europe. we pay even 6 euocents more a liter then the british

but on local stations we pay 1,574 euro a liter x 3.78 = 5.947 euro = 5.12 british pound = 8.20 dollar a gallon

don't know were you fill up your fuel tank if you do it in the harbour....ppppfffftttt i'll never do that again.

in the harbour we pay around 1,82 euro a liter x 3.78 = 6,879 euro = 5,92 british pound = 9,48 dollar a gallon

so i take my 3 jerry cans to the local pump and fill them up with a total of 70 liters when i'm boating, with a tank of 265 liters that wont hurt so much then fill her up with a fuel station in a harbour....

greatz, ed

yes i agree with you about the prices in the US, but we have to live with it. but 1,40 pound is the same as the average price here in the netherlands.....1,63 euro.

1.68 euro ( 1,44 pound )at the highway and the cheapest were i live at this moment 1.56 ( 1,34 pound )...that's twice the price we pay as in the US....cry cry cry

I had another idea today, anyone know of some kind of cushion that i could put on the seat so im a lot more comfortable, i would need about 5 cushions to get the height needed, but it needs to be similar height to when you lift the seat thing you have in the newer boats....there is a name for it but i cant remember/

Yes Ed, its proper name i have found out is a bolster seat. I did come across someone on google search who use a fender which should be ok for what i need, just need to go out and choose the right size.
