Default interior seating configuration

We have a 2001 4600 scb and the interior couch fabric is getting a bit tired so we are thinking of recovering it. Wife and I are getting a bit older now and think it would be easier getting up and down if the couch was three or four inches higher. I was thinking of building a wooden frame to sit the cushions on but wondering if anyone has ever done that or has any other ideas. As well we will have to come up with some way to raise the back cushions as well. Thanks for any help or ideas.

It's going to be uncomfortable if your legs are hanging/dangling. Too tall and it can increase pressure on the back of the thigh and start to introduce circulation issues.
