I have the same switch on my 2008 SS00SR3 instrument panel and it came loose/broke (in other words, it's not solidly attached to the dash; it's just loose in the original housing location). For the life of me I can't figure out how it mounts on the panel; perhaps I'm missing a part. I ordered a new switch and figured it would be pretty intuitive to install but would appreciate any tips before it arrives since my boat is a long ways away and I won't have internet access when I'm on it.

as i like to keep the blower on , i would maybe swap the least used switch with the blower one until replacement arrives. Just a thought.
