Default Generator blows fuse

After running the gen for an hour or so it blows the inline glass fuse.
Following the wiring diagram, that fuse protects almost all the 12v coils and pumps on the motor. The wiring diagram shows an 8amp but it had a 7.5 amp.
I've not had any luck finding an 8amp glass fuse.
Anyone had this issue before?

If the boat calls for an 8amp and the genny is blowing a 7.5, that is really slicing it close to the bone. I assume it's a Kohler generator? Call a certified dealer. They should be able to get parts.

If I recall properly, it should be slo-blow type, not fast acting.
If ordering OEM then that's not an issue.
