Default Gallons Per Hr

I am trying to determine, at crusing speed, calm water, full fuel and fresh water. The gallons per hour my 1995 SCR3200 with twin 350's and bravo two outdrives will burn for a 7 hr trip to Put In Bay. 6 average size people on board. Any thought will help thanks in advance.

My 1996 3200SCR burns about 1mile per gallon... I know it is the wrong terminology but it is a good rule of thumb for me... hope this helps...

my 95 3200 scr, twin 5.7s and bravo 2s, burns about 16-19 gallons per hour on plane at around 3200-3400 rpm. Note, I'm never more than half-full on the gas tank. Water tank is usually full. Waste tank almost always empty. People is 2 adults and 3 small children, with about 1 or 2 days of provisions (food, beverages, coolers, etc). Both carbs were rebuilt this year, adjusted. Idle and timing also on spec.
