Default Canvas question on 96 3200scr

So, I pulled the trigger a couple of months ago and had Leta's top shop build us a complete canvas for this boat.
However, she says the rear piece is made (factory) to snap to the underside of the arch. Ive already had to redrill a new row of snaps for the bimini piece, but I cannot confirm with any amount of web research that I need to drill/rivot all new snaps on the underside of the arch to make it fit.
If I try to use the snap locations that the boat came (to me) with, sure enough, the canvas is too short to make it down to the lower.

Any suggestions/pictures?

Jim I've got a 3000 and 6 years ago found a brand new canvas set. Long story short the back side canvas pieces that snap near the stern cleats were short on both sides. By the way all my snaps are on the top side of my arch.

My solution was I had pieces ( extensions ) of canvas made that snapped to the canvas then snapped to the boat and it worked.

They sell snap extenders. The shame is you spent the money for new canvas and it does not fit, not sure what to say as it was built to the original pattern.

The factory should have used swivel style attachments just underneath the arch. Factory canvas was an option. It depends on what the Original Owner did. Buy it and have a local canvas person do something else??

My 3200 is a 1994 and the rear canvas mounts to the underside of the arch with the twist locks....I also have 3 other maxum 3200's in my marina and all are newer....these boat all snap on the outside of the arch for both front and rear. Mine is the only one that mounts to the underside for the rear....🛥

Dang! You (Havamax) have a ton of pics here! Saw a few pics of your twist snaps on the underside of the arch.
Do you have any with the rear canvas on?

Thanks

.......I don't have the rear canvas...never have the need for it here in Arizona....⚓️⚓️. I actually hate the twist locks being mounted on the underside of the arch...look like crap!!! I had a Bimini extension made for the rear of my arch. It would make my "camper" enclosure more of a square back. I don't have the rest of the enclosure because again I don't have a need for it. I made the extension for more shade on the rear of the boat...I can get ya a couple pics today....

I agree. Not very attractive with all those hanging down.
