Default Any Maxum 46 owners- Help

Just came back from our 2 week holiday cruise through the gulf islands and san juans! beautiful trip. every thing on our 2001 46 Maxum scb le works flawlessly, The only problem we encountered is ocassionally the holding tank odor enters the cabin, apparantly through the fridge vent?? this has happened 3/4 times weather holding tank is full or just emptied! Any one else encounter this problem and how did you fix it? I am not happy with a beautiful boat that stinks!

get one of those inline charcol filters....they aren't THAT god aweful expensive and seem to work extremely well......make sure you rinse the tank out as best you can ..at least 3 times....and use odor loss....that should just about do it.....

nuthin like a stinky vent from the head to make you make sour faces....
