Default 41' 2000- Replace back ice maker with a small refridgerator

We have a wet bar in the back - it has an ice maker that no longer works and we prefer bought ice anyway. We would like to put a refridgerator in instead -(pop - beer) does anybody know if there is one that will fit in the spot?

welcome to the zoo there beachkid....as a matter of fact that space is interchangeable for either ice or fridge....take measurements of the fridge and I think there are 4 screws on the face of the icemaker...it slides right out ...fridge slides right back in it's place...

you can or you can go to an rv parts shop or even online....expensive to ship but you would actually order from bayliner ....since your close to me (relatively speaking) ..contact jim Mcgarrity at lake union searay in auburn at 425-885-2628 and talk to him about replacement sizes...he can order it up for you and you can probably pick it up or have it installed....Jim's a good guy..(don't tell him I said that)....he will get the right one for you..

My ice maker is the hit of the docks. All the mixed drinkers come by to fix their drinks at my wet bar.

If mine ever went out, I definitely believe it would be replaced with another ice maker.

I don't have a ice maker. Fridge is for food. Cooler is for beer and ice. Fridge is WAY too small to be an effective beer chiller/storage medium. Ice in the cooler is dual purpose. It is used to keep teh beer cold and to be put in drinks. No food in the cooler, I don't want meat and food stuff contaminating my mixed drink ice. a little tricke, keep the beer down low and the ice on top. As the ice melts DO NOT drain it out. Keep putting more ice ontop and only drain when there's too much water to fit ice or beer. Heat rises and cold drops. The ice keeps the water cold which in turn keeps the beer cold. Even if you run out of ice, the cold water will keep the beer cold for another day.

My 3200 has the built in cooler behind the Captains chair. That's where I keep the beer (and bottled water). I just keep adding ice from the ice maker as it fills up. It's all good.
